Information you give us: your name, business name and DBA, email, phone number, preferred language, funding amount requested, monthly revenue, messages, and documents you send, such as business bank statements and application details.
Information collected automatically: device and browser type, IP address, pages viewed, and similar usage data collected through cookies and analytics tools.
Information from other sources: with your authorization, credit reporting agencies, identity verification and fraud-prevention services, public records, and the ISO or broker who referred you.

4. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to provide our services:
- Service providers that support our operations (for example hosting, communications and document processing), under confidentiality obligations
- Funding and underwriting partners involved in reviewing or providing your funding
- The ISO or broker who referred you, limited to the status of your request
- Credit reporting agencies, when you authorize a credit report
- Government authorities or other parties when required by law, or to protect our rights
- A successor entity in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets
5. Text messages (SMS) and WhatsApp
If you opt in, we may send texts about your application, funding and account. Message and data rates may apply; message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
Mobile information, including SMS opt-in data and consent, is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
If you contact us through WhatsApp, your use of WhatsApp is also governed by WhatsApp’s own terms and privacy policy.
6. Cookies and analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site and understand how it is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Our site does not currently respond to “Do Not Track” signals.

4. Information you provide

5. Consent to communications
By submitting a form or contacting us, you agree that EZ Fund may contact you by phone, email, text message or WhatsApp at the details you provide about your request. Consent to marketing messages is not a condition of funding. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP.
6. Intellectual property
The EZ Fund name, logo, content and design of this site belong to EZ Fund or its licensors and may not be copied or used without permission.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, submit false or fraudulent information, interfere with its security or operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
8. Third-party services

Merchant cash advance: not a loan
A merchant cash advance is the purchase of a portion of a business’s future receivables at a discount. It is not a loan. Remittances are based on the business’s revenue, and the total payback amount is fixed in the agreement.
Approval and terms
All funding is subject to review and approval. Not all applicants will qualify. Funding amounts, including the range of $3,000 to $500,000+ shown on this site, costs and terms vary based on each business’s revenue, history and other factors, and are set out in the agreement you sign.

Funding times are estimates. “Funded in as little as 24 hours” and similar statements depend on approval, receipt of complete documentation, signed agreements, verification and bank processing times.
Credit
Prequalification does not affect your credit score. As part of underwriting, and with your authorization, EZ Fund may obtain business and personal credit reports.

Funding ranges, timeframes and other figures shown are general and may vary by business. Approval rates referenced for partners are goals, not guarantees.

Availability and state disclosures
EZ Fund provides funding to businesses in all 50 states. Where state law requires commercial financing disclosures, EZ Fund will provide them before you sign an agreement.
ISO and broker relationships
EZ Fund works with independent sales organizations (ISOs) and brokers, who may receive compensation from EZ Fund for referrals. ISOs are independent businesses and are not employees or agents of EZ Fund. Partner program terms are provided during onboarding.
